Caterpillar has multiple VisionLink service tiers, but not all enable API data access.
The minimum tier required is Connect Pro.

If an asset is subscribed to just Connect, it won’t provide data through the API.
Check the subscription field to ensure it’s at least on Connect Pro or higher.
In 99% of cases, the issue lies in the subscription level.
Ensure you’re on the correct tier to get data through the API.
