𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗘: We heard your feedback that operators and foremen were often calling mechanics after reporting an inspection issue electronically just to ensure it was seen. This led to unneeded back and forth.

To streamline this process, we've added a new feature: The 'Acknowledge' button.

Here's how it works:
- Operator or foreman submits an inspection.
- Mechanic or shop manager reads it and taps 'Acknowledge'.
- Operator or foreman then receives an alert, confirming their inspection issue has been seen and acknowledged.

This simple but impactful addition is sure to increase your workflow efficiency. It’s our ongoing commitment to make Clue as user-friendly and intuitive as possible.

The Acknowledge button is available now for all Clue customers.
