I’m not going to lie, though — we were a little worried about introducing Clue to one of the crews that has been with us for over 20 years. We didn't think that they would understand it, but after a quick training session, they figured it out right away.
Now we can report maintenance issues in real-time, keep track of our equipment and crew, and even predict potential maintenance issues in the future.
Another added bonus: tracking idle time, which gives us a pretty good idea of how much fuel we're burning every day. Although it's not 100% accurate, I could see the savings instantly, and we increased our efficiency practically overnight!
